Your business can't stop for a move. Harbor Moving LLC plans your relocation around your hours — nights and weekends included — quotes it as one fixed number, and has your team working in the new space on schedule.
One crew, one plan, one point of contact — whatever kind of space you're leaving or landing in.
Desks, workstations, files, and conference rooms — labeled by department and set back up where they belong. Most office moves run after hours or over a weekend.
Careful, item-by-item handling for lab benches, equipment, and medical offices in Longwood, Kendall Square, and the Seaport. We work to your compliance and building schedule.
Fixtures, shelving, kitchen equipment, and inventory — moved overnight where possible so the new location opens on the day you planned.
Racking, pallets, and back-stock relocated or consolidated between facilities, plus overflow storage runs when the new space isn't ready yet.
Classrooms, offices, and dorm furnishings moved on the school calendar — summers, breaks, and weekends — coordinated with your facilities team.
Moving a new hire or a transferring employee into Greater Boston? We handle their household move with the same care, and bill your company directly if you prefer.
No hourly meter running. No surprises on the invoice. Four steps, start to finish.
We come to your space — or walk it with you on video — and look at everything: furniture, equipment, access, elevators, loading dock. It's free, and it's how the quote stays honest.
After the walkthrough you get one number, in writing. That's the price for the move we planned together — not an hourly estimate that grows on the day.
Everything labeled and color-coded by department or floor. Elevator reservations, dock rules, and your building's insurance certificate — handled by us, ahead of time.
We move when your office is closed. Your team leaves the old space Friday and sits down at working desks in the new one Monday.
Big moving companies hand you a ticket number. We're a small, owner-operated company — and that's exactly the point.
Your downtime is the thing we're hired to protect. Nights and weekends are our normal schedule for commercial work, not an upcharge.
The same person plans your move, answers your calls, and is accountable on the day. Nothing gets lost between a sales rep and a dispatcher.
Certificate of insurance for your building and your vendor file, USDOT 4016795, and references — the documents your property manager and procurement team ask for, ready when they ask.
Our crews are based in East Boston and Dorchester. Downtown, the Seaport, Back Bay, Kendall Square, and Longwood are minutes away — and we know their loading docks, freight elevators, and permit rules.
Harbor Moving LLC is owner-operated — every commercial move is planned and overseen by the owner, Hassan B. Your move is a name on his list, not a number in a queue.
Commercial work Harbor Moving LLC has planned, moved, and finished — on deadline, or ahead of it.

Downtown and the Financial District, the Seaport, Back Bay, Cambridge and Kendall Square, Longwood Medical, and everywhere in Greater Boston — plus relocations across Massachusetts and New England.
The things office managers and landlords ask us first.
Yes. Most Boston office buildings require a certificate of insurance before a mover can use the freight elevator or loading dock. Send us your property manager's requirements and we'll provide the certificate for your vendor file, naming the building as the certificate holder if they require it.
That's how most of our commercial moves run. Evenings and weekends are standard for us, so your staff isn't working around a move in progress — they leave the old space Friday and start work in the new one Monday.
Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for an office move — it leaves time for the walkthrough, the written quote, elevator reservations, and the insurance certificate. Shorter notice is sometimes possible for smaller spaces; call (617) 378-1796 and we'll tell you straight whether your date works.
We move computers, monitors, servers, and office equipment with padding and labeling by workstation, so every desk's gear lands in the right place. We disassemble and reassemble desks, conference tables, and shelving. Final network and cable hookups stay with your IT person — we place everything where they need it so that last step is quick.
As one fixed quote. After a free walkthrough of your space — in person or on video — we give you a single number in writing for the whole move. No hourly meter, and the price doesn't change unless the job itself changes.
All of Greater Boston — Downtown, the Seaport, Back Bay, Cambridge, Somerville, Longwood, and the suburbs — plus office relocations across Massachusetts and into the rest of New England. Wherever your new space is, we'll plan the route.
Tell us four things and we'll take it from there: your company name, the addresses you're moving from and to, roughly how big the space is (square feet or headcount), and your target date. We'll schedule your free walkthrough and send one fixed quote.
