Burlington is where Route 3 meets I-95/128, about fifteen miles northwest of Boston: the Burlington Mall, the Middlesex Turnpike office corridor, and Lahey Hospital on one side — and neighborhoods of capes, ranches, and colonials that were farmland two generations ago on the other. Harbor Moving LLC runs Burlington as a regular northwest route out of East Boston, for homes and for the offices along the corridor — full-service moves quoted from the same published price book we use everywhere.

Capes, Ranches, and the Turnpike Corridor

Burlington's housing is classic postwar suburbia: capes and ranches on the older streets, colonials in the newer subdivisions, and townhouse and condo communities near the town center. The commercial side matters here too — office suites along Middlesex Turnpike and Cambridge Street turn over constantly, and we run those as planned commercial moves with certificates and building rules handled up front. For homes, tell us about the stairs when you book: stairs are $45 per flight, quoted up front.

From the Town Common to Fox Hill

The town center around the Common and Town Hall on Cambridge Street is Burlington's civic heart. Neighborhoods run out along Winn Street and Francis Wyman Road, and Fox Hill, on the Billerica side, is one of the town's biggest residential areas. Most Burlington moves are short hops — families trading up inside town or arriving from Woburn, Billerica, and Lexington — and short hops are where the hourly crew usually wins. We will tell you honestly which way your move prices better.

Honest Pricing, From the Same Book

Burlington moves are priced from our published book, the same numbers for everyone: hourly crews at $159/hr for two movers and a truck, $199 for three movers, $249 for four, with a two-hour minimum — or set packages at $399 for a studio or 1-bedroom, $749 for a 2-3 bedroom, and $1,299 for a 4+ bedroom. Stairs are $45 per flight. Need a gap between homes? Storage starts at $125/mo, and junk removal starts at $150. Heading further — down Route 128 to Waltham or up Route 3 to Lowell — longer moves are priced from the same book and confirmed in writing before you book.
