Lincoln is MetroWest's farm town — a conservation-first community of working farms, landmark modernist houses, and large homes on big wooded lots, fifteen minutes from Route 128 and a world away in feel. Harbor Moving LLC runs Lincoln on our MetroWest route out of East Boston — full-service moves quoted from the same published price book we use everywhere.

Farmhouses, Modernist Landmarks, and Room to Be Careful

Lincoln's homes are unusually individual: Greek Revival farmhouses, mid-century modern landmarks like the Gropius House neighborhood off Baker Bridge Road, and large contemporary homes down private drives. Art, libraries, and one-of-a-kind furniture are the norm here, and glass-walled modern houses need a crew that pads first and plans every doorway. Full packing is the default recommendation for Lincoln's bigger homes — fragile pieces wrapped in place, inventoried, and carried on a planned route out.

Battle Road Country and Quiet Truck Routes

Lincoln's roads — Lincoln Road, Trapelo Road, the Battle Road corridor along its southern edge — are narrow, shaded, and shared with cyclists all summer. Trucks come in from Route 2 or Route 117, and parking and access are arranged ahead of time, especially on private and shared drives. Lincoln moves frequently pair with Concord, Sudbury, or Lexington on the other end; both addresses go on one quote at the published rates, confirmed in writing before you book.

Honest Pricing, From the Same Book

Lincoln moves are priced from our published book, the same numbers for everyone: hourly crews at $159/hr for two movers and a truck, $199 for three movers, $249 for four, with a two-hour minimum — or set packages at $399 for a studio or 1-bedroom, $749 for a 2-3 bedroom, and $1,299 for a 4+ bedroom. For the larger homes common in Lincoln, the $1,299 4+ bedroom package with a four-mover crew is usually the right frame, and full packing can be added so the kitchen, closets, and fragile pieces are handled start to finish. Stairs are $45 per flight. Need a gap between homes? Storage starts at $125/mo, and junk removal starts at $150. Heading further — down Route 3 to Boston or up to Nashua — longer moves are priced from the same book and confirmed in writing before you book.
